What is your standard lead time?
Our standard lead time is 4 weeks, 6 to 8 weeks for complex parts requiring special handling/circumstances such as kitting and assembly.

Can you produce parts on a rush priority basis?
Yes, we can produce parts while you wait if you desire (hour to hour), standard lead time is 1 to 2 week or less.

What materials do you primarily work with? 
We primarily work with your standard grades of aluminum, stainless steel, tool steel, plastics, brass, copper, etc. However, we have experience in machining all types of exotic materials as well.

How many shifts are you currently running?
We are currently running 3 shifts, 24 hours/day, Monday-Friday.

How much capacity do you have open?
Our capacity in both turned and milled work changes frequently. Contact us for specifics on your job.

Do you do PPAPS (Production Parts Approval Process)?
Yes.

Do you do first article reports?
Yes.

Can you provide C of Cs (Certificate of Compliance)?
Yes.

Are your inspection tools calibrated?
Yes, every 6 months we send them out to be calibrated and they are certified to National Bureau of Standards.

Will you run parts on TPM (Time Plus Material)?
Yes.

Do you have prototype capabilities?
Yes, and we can turn your parts quickly.

Can you do value added work?
Yes, kitting and assemblies are other areas of our expertise.

What is the largest physical size you can run on your CNC mills?
20” X 50” X 16”. However, we have interest in another shop to handle our larger requirements.

What is the largest physical size you can run on your CNC Lathe?
14” X 26” swing note. We have interest in another shop to handle our larger requirements.

What services do you farm out?
All metal finishing (plating, painting, powder coating, etc.), heat treating and specialty grinds.
